Our most traditional olive oil, the Mission-Manzanillo is a blend of two olive varietals first brought to California by Spanish missionaries. Using olives harvested during the middle part of olive season, the Mission-Manzanillo has a rich golden flavor with a peppery kick. It is great for dipping bread and will also hold up a vinaigrette for salads or marinades.
