Pale and excitingly effervescent, this superb thirst quencher has rice solids and honey for refreshing crispness. It's an ale, but tastes like a European Pilsner. Kit includes the most appropriate malt extract, rice syrup solids, and honey, hops (measured by HBUs, not just weight), priming sugar, caps, and an appropriate liquid yeast culture (from White Labs).
