It falls out of my ear at the most minimal movements, unless I do what I'm currently doing to keep them in; tape them to my ear or just push it in really deep and let the ear-wax do its work. Other Thoughts: The thing about these is if you're playing on the PC or playing some music that you don't want to be insanely loud, the sound is so high that you can just put it on your table and play it @ max volume and it'll be quite loud, loud enough to reach you at a fairly decent level.
