*Not a speed demon, but plenty fast for normal shooting. Other Thoughts: Originally, wanted a camera that would allow my abilities to grow into. I was an early adopter of this camera (s/n-xxx1xxx) and paid not quite twice what they currently go for. I would not want any other camera. Put a quality piece of glass on it and watch you images come to life. Don't let the "pixel debate" persuade you from at least trying this camera.
