The synthetic leather upper is soft and conforms well to your foot and the tongue is lightly padded for added comfort. The alloy buckle makes it easy to adjust the retention either on or off the bike. The lightweight nylon sole offers stiffness and durability without the cost of carbon fiber. This shoe has full SPD and Look type cleat compatibility. We've found this shoe to run true to size.
