I bought this piece based on price and design. The construction quality is good, I can see this piece lasting for many years. I have a 50in plasma TV on top of it and it looks great. I just wish there were more than just 2 shelves (one each side). The glass/wood panels are nice but even with the glass installed it seems like the middle wood trim stands exactly in the way so the remote won't work at all times. If I open the doors, problem solved. If they would offer 2 shelves per side this would have...
