April 25, 2008: I bought my dvd about 2 years ago, and I can see some improvement, this dvd has multiple workouts, so if you feel tired one day, you do the easy one, or if you feel energized you can do a hard one, but it's up to you, I would recomend it for people who is beginning their practice and want to advance a little at a time. February 07, 2006: I recently got this video because I want to get pregnant and practice yoga throughout. It is very relaxing and has all of the stages that you will go through. However, there are too many props that I do not have and it doesn't go into the next pose smoothly because the camera is shut off after every pose.
