Just as any coffee machine should be cleaned regularly, a grinder should be cleaned in the same manner to achieve the optimum grinding quality. Grindz is an easy way to remove the coffee residue and oils deposited on grinder burrs. The regular use of Grindz lengthens the time period between one servicing and the next, and also reduces the need to disassemble the grinder to clean it. Thus, making maintenance less costly, more timely and efficient.

In a large sink or laundry tub, mix up a solution of 30 parts hot water to 1 part Cafiza Espresso Machine Cleaner Powder. Remove any parts from your roaster that can be cleaned by dipping or soaking. Allow these parts to soak in the prepared Cafiza cleaning solution for several minutes. Remove parts from cleaning solution and dip in a tub of clean water to rinse. Use clean, warm running water for final rinse. Dry and inspect all parts.
