I would have given this product a 5 across the board except for 2 things. I tried to download and update to the lastest firmware, V 2.1.2-40 but it rendered the device inoperable. I couldn't even get into the management interface through a cable connection. I have to say Netgear tech support was very good at working me through the issue. I actually bought 2 of these and had the exact same problem with both, so I feel it has to be the firmware. The firmware back out process is very flaky. One...
