Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place Leg of Lamb in suitable dish or pan with the pop-up timer at the top, roast, uncovered for approximately 1 to 1 ¼ hours for medium rare. Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Remove netting and carve into slices. (Timer may or may not pop up.) Most roasts will be medium to medium-well doneness. If you prefer a less done roast, use a meat thermometer.
