Latin Percussion LP 204A Black Beauty Cowbell
It is with this cowbell that LP brought percussion to a global audience. No cowbell in history has been as widely recorded. It was designed to have a high pitched bright sound with a moderate overtone and a slightly rounded playing surface to make it easy to get a good sound with every hit of the stick. This is the bell that no percussionist, or complete entertainer, should live without. LP Cowbells are handmade in the USA using the same exact specifications developed by LP Founder Martin Cohen over 30 years ago. All LP cowbells are crafted from premium quality steel and specially developed tooling with careful attention given to the tolerance levels.

LP LP204A Black Beauty Cowbell
This LP204A Black Beauty is just what it says - beautiful. It has a medium-high pitch (for a cowbell) with a rich and full sound. You can get several sounds out of it depending where you hit it - anywhere from warm tones to a sharp cutting crack - and it sounds great loud or soft. The clamp is well built and stays tight, though it only fits 3/8 rod and extra-thin boom arms. Standard-thickness boom arms will not fit into the hole. I bought this bell about 6 years ago and it still sounds and looks...

LP LP204A Black Beauty Cowbell
Latin Percussion, also known as LP, is a brand of percussion instruments, specializing in ethnic instruments engineered and manufactured to withstand the rigors of use in a drum kit, orchestral percussion section, and similar applications. This re-engineering often involves not only greater and consistent durability, but also changes to the sound to enable the instrument to be played at a suitable volume without losing the distinctive "feel" of its sound.
