First time I saw the line, I thought it was a joke they were trying to sell it for that price... at Target. Still, I found myself sampling the eyeliner. I put a little streak on the back of my hand and was amazed it didn't wash off,there was still a hint of it left after a shower. I always had a problem with eyeliner melting off, smudging to raccoon eyes, flaking off, or just magically disappearing. So after month or so, I finally bought it. It stays on well but I can't seem to completely get it...
