When I first smelled this perfume a couple of years ago, I though, "Wow! What a different scent!" It is so difficult to describe. I can detect a rich scent of vanilla, but there is much more to it. In some ways, it evokes a sense of luxury like wearing silk or cashmere. But at the same time it reminds me of an elegant, satisfying dish eaten by a glowing fire on a snowy evening while wearing my softest flannel pajamas.
