I typically do not by anything unless I've read all the research/reviews for something[...] As I'm sure many before me, I had 2nd thoughts about spending so much $ on a carseat so I went with the Graco. I should've listened to all the rave reviews for the Marathon because we had the Graco less than a week before I couldn't wait to return it! Like others, I couldn't stand that the fabric didn't fit well enough over the seat, and the styrofoam was exposed. Also, the pillow was very poorly constructed...
