'Alsace' has a robust character inspired by traditional European Fiddleback design in sterling silver. 'Alsace', using the modern technology available, interprets the classic design in 18/8 stainless, creating a pattern that can be used with either traditional table setting or because of the sweeping clean lines can be used in a contemporary setting.

Designed by Siro Toffolon. We Bead Blasted the recessed interior panels and left the rims in a mirror finish. The result is a handsome contrast of metal finish that radiates and unmatched beauty on your table.

Siro Toffolon worked in conjunction with Ginkgo International Ltd. for many hours perfecting a signature design for our company. Many proposals were submitted before final conception was accepted. After the final conception was approved, detailed mechanical drawings were provided for further review and corrections. From there we commissioned a silversmith to hand produce a sterling fork for our final approval. The sterling fork was everything we expected and needed no further corrections.
