Gibson J-45 TV True Vintage
I did lots of research before deciding on the Gibson TV J-45 to complete my collection of iconic American guitars. The action was perfect out of the box. I had to have my guitar tech lower a couple of frets to cure a rattle on the low E or I would rate it 5 stars. When I first opened the case I could smell the aroma of nitrocellulose. The instrument is much lighter than I thought it would be for a "workhorse" but it doesn't seem fragile at all. I also own a Martin, Taylor, Ovation, two Seagulls...

Nitrocellulose lacquer finish for beauty and tone. Hand-fit, tapered dovetail joint to maximize sound vibration transfer from the neck to body. Radius top to maximize sound projection. Hand-scalloped top bracing for added strength and a light top. Handcrafted in Bozeman, MT.
