March 11, 2009: I can not even begin to express how wonderful this workout is! I have owned this for about 5 years and I never tire of it. I have never gotten results like this from any other workout! Not only does it tone & lift places that I didnt know could be toned or lifted but it also makes my muscles feel like they were just massaged! I love the stretching that this video provides. You can really feel all the moves working deep in the muscle. A??????????.
