The dance portion is really fun, easy to follow and enjoyable. Denise cues pretty well in this one, even telling you ahead of time what's coming!! (her cuing is improving) This is one of those "guilty pleasure" workouts, when you don't really feel like working out hard, but want to move some - you feel the joy of movement and stretch your body in this workout.
