Delta JT360 Jointer

I just picked this model up earlier this week, I got it used for a super low price. It looks like it had very little use.It took me awhile to set it up because the previous owner had the outfeed table set at .094", that's about 1**32 of an inch higher than specified in the owners manual (.060"), and the blades were set .010" lower than the outfeed table. The infeed table was at it's lowest point and the gibs were cranked down!(Probably why it didn't get used much, I can't imagine that it ran smoothly...
