- Shock absorption is lacking Other Thoughts: The case is great for trips. Don't leave it somewhere that it could be accidentally crushed, as it offers little protection in that area and for shock absorption, unlike other cases. My son loves the headphones and uses the extra pouch for his mp3 player. You can adjust the main DS compartment for a tighter fit, but that stitching bother me when doing so.
