The Contax T2 is the second, and many say best, generation of the camera that is said to have started it all. (Though the T3 has its proponents as well.) Prior to the original Contax T there had previously been many very good P&S cameras in the past; but Kyocera's first offering under its newly acquired license from the expiring German optical goliath Zeiss was a world beater. Ergonomics by Porshe and sporting a 5 element f2.8 Sonnar T* that was simply second to nothing else concurrently on the market...
