Expect to spend at least 2 hours putting this together. I didn't mind and figured it would take a few to put together. Once it was together it felt sturdy and looked decent. I was a little frustrated at the cheap vinyl laminate used and the "antique finish" def looks better in photos than up close. But for what I needed it works and looks well. Just don't set your expectations too high and you'll be pleasantly surprised. All the reviews on various sites really helped me in deciding to buy this desk...
