I took the seats to a carseat check and after TWO hours of trying to get the seats in properly they finally figured out the only way to get this seat in snug was to use the "long path seat beat". On the side of the seat there is a sticker to show you how to do this. It takes A LOT of muscle to then tighten the belt. I do love Britax and the carseat techs (one was an engineer who designs carseats) praised Britax too but they RAVED about the Graco Nautilis. Unfortunately, I can't return the seats...
