Following in the wake of Tsui Hark 's kung-fu classic Once Upon a Time in China , this low budget Taiwanese production --directed by Lee Chiu -- concerns Wang Fei-hung ( Chin Kar-lok ), the undisciplined slacker of son to martial arts master Wong Kei-ying. Not long after the elderly Wong dies, Fei-hung is visited by Jiubinku Kyoto ( Lam Ching-ying ), a Japanese kung fu ace who is on a mission to defeat every single Chinese top master. Upon learning that his rival has died, Jiubinku reacts violently...
