AIROSWISS AOS 7135 The Air-O-Swiss Ultrasonic Warm/Cool Mist Humidifier 7135 is a unique, high quality ultrasonic humidifier loaded with features, including a pre-heating function for those that prefer warm moisture output, and an exclusive ITC technology (Intelligent Temperature Compensation) which monitors the temperature and automatically adjusts the output when conditions change. Unlike other ultrasonic humidifiers, the Air-O-Swiss 7135 uses a high quality titanium transducer surface, which uses adjustable high-frequency vibrations to turn water into a micro-fine mist, which is blown into the room to evaporate. Maintenance is easy. The base of the unit should be cleaned after two weeks using a warm water and white vinegar solution (or EZ Cal powder from Air-O-Swiss), and a small brush is provided inside the unit to periodically clean the ultrasonic transducer membrane. The demineralization cartridge should be changed or refilled after three months of use, and the ISS should be replaced after one year of use.
