If you’re looking for a special coin, this toned gem is for you. The obverse is toned with a goldish-beige color around the periphery, and becomes a dark rust color with hints of turquoise below Ms. Liberty’s head. Flashy with lovely lustrous surfaces. Two small spots are visible on the obverse; one is located just under Liberty's chin the other is near her hairline on her forehead. There are no major bagmarks on this coin just a few small ones scattered on Liberty's cheek.

1878-CC GSA Morgan Silver Dollar NGC MS-64
If every 1878-CC GSA dollar in MS-64 looked like the one offered here, many collectors would settle for a 64 instead of upgrading to a much more expensive MS-65 example. This piece is probably four or five marks away from the 65 grade and a $4,500 price tag. The luster is bright and flashy, and the surfaces are as silvery white as a fresh sheet of polished chrome. The strike is as full as it gets on silver dollars from 1878. A real winner.
