Wilton Large Cake Leveler
When dividing a cake into two or three layers, precision is a must, but doing so without the right tool can leave you with one layer taller than the other or one big crumbled mess. With a cake leveler, you can make slices that are uniform in shape. To use the cake leveler, just twist the feet on either side to the height desired (up to 3-in.) then glide the stainless steel blade through the cake. The cake leveler works with cakes that are 18-in. in diameter.
