Many wine drinkers love Sauvignon Blanc: its vibrant tart fruit, grass and mineral aromas, crisp texture and refreshing character can be a delight. The Willowdale Sauvignon Blanc is a wine that can satisfy. It’s light and crisp, but smoother than many of its peers, and its fruit and mineral aromas have a great presence without being too aggressive, leaning toward apple, tangerine and melon.

Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2007 Pale straw green in colour and enticingly fragrant, the 2007 Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc is reminiscent of a fresh summer fruit salsa ripe peach, passionfruit, mango and juicy citrus sprinkled with fresh fennel and a dash of Pastis. The palate is rich and succulent, with a zesty citrus and apple-sherbet acidity that leads to a long, lingering, and characteristically crisp finish.

The grapes from hand harvested in the cool of morning. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks with careful temperature control. The wine was tank-aged for nearly eight months to give it a rounder mouthfeel.

Organic farming methods and a unique micro-climate within Dry Creek Valley brought beautifully ripe, balanced grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel retains the freshness and 8 months of aging in tank round out the flavors and bring a rich mouthfeel to this tasty Sauv. Blanc that shows ripe...

Small. Dense. Concentrated. Our vineyard isn’t the largest or highest yielding in the Napa Valley. But it is well loved. Because we know that all great wines start in the vineyard, our winemaker pays close attention to our vines. By managing this vineyard ourselves, we are able to control yields and farm for flavor. Less fruit from each vine. Smaller berries. More intense flavor. It all starts in the vineyard.

Rated 91 - The 2007 Sauvignon Blanc has a fragrant, rather herbaceous nose infused with apple, elderflower, gooseberry and wild hedgerow. Good intensity and what you might describe as a quintessential Sauvignon Blanc bouquet. The palate is well-balanced with good acidity with notes of lime, apricot and citrus fruits and very good delineation on the crisp, focused finish. An excellent Sauvignon Blanc from the top drawer. - Robert Parker

Elegant, fresh, fruity aromas with fine spicy hints. Smooth, rich and crisp on the palate, with plenty of fruity flavors (apples and pineapples) and a touch of spice (fennel).

An elegant and crisp wine with citrus notes and a fresh, clean finish. Exceptionally versitile wine that pairs perfectly with chicken Ceasar salad, grilled fish, seafood and creamy pasta sauces.

First produced in 1993, Spring Mountain Sauvignon B lanc is reminiscent of fine White Graves. The grapes for this wine come from our Miravalle property, originally planted by Tiburcio Parrott in 1885. The current planting features budwood from Spottswoode Winery planted in the early 1980s. Miravalle is one of the warmest areas on the estate, which ensures fully ripened grapes. Aging in 50% new French oak adds a toasty vanilla richness along with a backbone that enables this wine to develop complexity...
