The Confluence slips over your head and onto your shoulders. Then you fasten the straps on each side. Its simple. The chest pack has two compartments and a hideaway pocket for your tools such as a thermometer or hemos. The large compartment has a removable and replaceable foam fly patch with die cut slots for your hackled dry flies.
