Ing: Stone ground whole wheat flour, vital wheat gluten, sunflower seeds, dry molasses (molasses, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide), dry honey (maltodextrin, corn syrup solids, honey), flaxseed, salt and active dry yeast.

Combine mix and yeast with 1 cup warm water. Stir to form soft dough. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. If dough is too sticky to work with add 1 to 2 tbsp. of all-purpose flour. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Form into loaf to fit greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.
