Ordered a Rohl Shaws Original apron front sink. Everyone on the Internet listed it as being "in stock" but actually had a 2 month wait. I spoke to the customer rep at Quality Bath and she called me the following day telling me she had found a sink in her warehouse that had just come in that day. It was shipped out to me THAT day!! We have had three orders for fixtures for an additon to our circa 1800 farm house. We wanted Herbeau products, (Made in France). Quality Bath was able to 1) get us great prices, beating the local sources by 25+ percent. 2) Quality bath had immediate contact with the US Herbeau source in Florida, and could get us timely data on shipping, et. 3) the products came to us via UPS, were very well packed, and in undamaged condition. We will continue to use Quality Bath !
