I got this gym to lose weight with weights and have everything in one easy to use package. I was not let down. This is a perfect compliment to my cardio. Some things to know: Use a socket and wrench set. You will need a good sized room for this. It doesn't go right up against the corner, it needs to be about three feet out from the corner so that you can use the lat bar and the butterfly.
