Each of our tarts are more the 5x scented. We are able to put alot more scent in to these little guys then in our candles because they wont be lit! Some of these may have an oily appearance, which is perfectly fine, it just shows you how much oil we used! These are great for our Candle Warmers, and the very popular tart warmers.
