This is an excellent choice for those who want a way to close the top of their basket. The basket is woven out of palm leaves and is trimmed with thick brown 9" leather handles and can be carried in the hands or over the shoulder. A smoky brown jute liner is attached to the inside at the top and can be pulled closed with a drawstring. It is approximately 23" wide and 12" high. This basket is named after a woman who is my daughter's babysitter and my basket-selling friend!

La Vie means "Life" in French. This is a beautiful traditional basket hand woven out of palm leaves and trimmed with soft brown leather, including thick leather handles. The loop of the handles is 9" and can be carried in the hand or over the shoulder. La Vie small measures approximately 18 1/2" wide and 9 1/2" high. It makes a stylish little purse!
