I ordered a mirror online. It was hand hammered copper to the tune of over $500. Your customer service rep called to be sure I was aware that this was a frame only and no mirror would be included. Many other companies would have simply shipped the order. This attention to detail and level of genuine customer care is rare. Please be sure that Anida is recognized for her outstanding service.
