The 3 varietals in VALPOLICELLA are traditionally Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. Corvina is the dominant grape (70%) and a quality varietal too. This wine is the least expensive wine of Trabucchi, but it is already far superior to many 1° Vin de Valpolicella Superiore. You will like this wine with big meat dishes. We have little left of 1999 so make sure to order quickly. Will keep for 5 years.
