This chest is great for organizing toys or dress-up clothes/accessories. The removable dividers are a great idea. I also love the safety feature of the lid. It will not slam closed on little fingers but must be actively pushed down instead. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the construction. The toy chest is a complete piece of garbage. Putting it together was a pain. The top lid has come completely unglued and won't open and close. You can see a thin line of glue and that cheap staples were keeping it in place. It fell apart after being in use for less than a month. I have a 2 year old and 10 month old so pretty much I was the only one opening it and closing it to put toys away. I am so disappointed in the poor quality and wish I knew before hand not to bother.
