TNF pumori is an excellent jacket. Warm, soft but not wind or water proof, though. Perfect for fall and winter campus life in the Northwest (with an umbrella!). I'm 5'5", about 120 lbs, small frame, slightly longer torso, and I ordered both the XS and S to compare. I found the S to be too wide, especially around the underarms and shoulder, but the sleeves were perfect.
