These are not that Low Rising. I would say they are high/Med rising. I bought the xs. They fit perfectly! I am 5'6" and 125 pounds. I love the cargo pocket that is accessable while on the slopes with your jacket on. They are really comfy. I love having the velcro waste cincher on the outside so it doesn't scratch your skin and leave a big gap so cold air gets in if put on the inside. Most pants put the waist cincher on the inside.
