I'm from Crystal River, Florida -- home of the manatee and the nuclear power plant mentioned in the description. I remember seeing this exact t-shirt about 10 years ago without the "nature's speedbump" bit, although it's an old joke.

I thought this site was full of cool tops until I saw this shirt. I will be boycotting this site and reviwing the link to it from facebook as offensive. Manatees are a species at risk, and WE happen to be invading on THEIR territory. They were in the waters and on the coast way before humans decided htey needed to colonize and invade their habitat. We should be so lucky as to be able to view them peacefully as we idle through the NO-WAKE ZONES. And dugongs are another species, they are not manatees...
