This was a pretty awful documentary, and was not what I expected it to be. More like a home video of a trip to Tailand than a real insight into Muay Tai Kickboxing. A few interesting parts, but not good. I bought it on sale for $4.99, so if you decide to take a chance, you might want to at least wait for another sale, if there is one.
