Our first room we got was very uncomfortable: The air inside was very bad, the room was not cleaned carefully, the bathroom was extremely mouldy and unventilated. Therefore we had to change our room. Fortunately the staff was very kind and helped us in this matter. Another point that needs to be mentioned was the quality of the food which really should be improved.
