Zach said they aren't designed to be used that way but he does have clients using them in that manner. So....last night I tried and when I washed it off this morning guess what...no baggy eyes. So today I am using nothing but my regular foundation. Now how cool is that :D/ I realize it may not work every time and I am experimenting, but...
