3-watt LED has no filament to burn out or break, lasts for thousands of hours. Rugged aerospace-grade aluminum body, Mil-Spec Type III hard anodized in olive drab. O-ring sealed, waterproof to 10 meters. Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens produces tightly focused beam. Tempered Pyrex® window with anti-reflective coating. Pocket clip. Tailcap switch: press for momentary-on, press further to click constant-on. Switch lockout prevents accidental activation during transport or storage.

The Outdoorsman™ Series is new for 2005. The E1L is powered by one lithium battery and offers a single level of white LED light, operated with a click-on tailcap. The light source is a single-die 3 watt Luxeon LED producing 25 lumens. The Outdoorsman models are CNC machined from aerospace-grade aluminum with a natural hard anodized finish of Type III MilSpec standards. They are O-ring sealed against moisture and come with black oxide coated stainless steel pocket clips that easily clip to the bill...
