The product delivered on time, and was in great condition when arrived. However once I washed the product via the instructions, one of the valances came out of the drier with a big hole. The fabric on the stripped part just pulled apart right in the middle - not even at a seam. I am not trying to return it, because I know your policy is within 30 days.
