Choke - This power constricts the throat of a target at range, causing damage unless a Fortitude save is made, DC 5 + the character's levels as a Jedi + the character's Wisdom and Charisma modifiers. Failure stuns the target for 6 seconds, inflicts double the attacking character's levels as a Jedi in damage, and imparts a temporary (24 second) -4 penalty to Constitution, Dexterity and Strength. A successful save results in no effect. This power does not affect droids.
