Stove Top: Melt 1 ½ Tbsp. butter in a nonstick skillet over very moderate heat. Using a spatula, carefully place desired number of shrimp cakes in the melted butter. Sauté for approximately three minutes per side. These cakes have a delicate texture so they will take some care in handling. Serve one or two shrimp cakes per person.
