The Quinta Senhora do Convento is also an estate of about 95 acres with the majority of vineyards rated A and B; it produces 85,400 bottles of Port per year. The surroundings of this Quinta are very impressive since they are located in a Cistercian monastery of the 13th century. This domaine was bought about 5 years ago by Belgian capital and is run by a lady (who owns the Domaine) who is both Portuguese and Belgian.
