Comments: While the Litermaid LME9000 and LME9250 are great products, there is a major design flaw (why I purchased two) in that the part of the rake that bears all of the tension is thin plastic which keeps breaking until it can not be repaired any more. Then there is a customer support flaw in that no one, including PetStore.com carries replacement parts. If you want to keep spending $200, this is a great product; but, if you want a product that lasts or a company that cares, look elsewhere.
