It got here promptly, but was not packaged well. The box was completely crushed and was gaping open. I did not even need scissors to get into the box because it had a huge gap. I am surprised the shade did not fall out. The carrier quickly left it like this at my door and left, so I was unable to talk to him about the condition. However, the shade was not damaged... but like I said in product comments, I cannot use it because it is not the right size and style for the lamp I was trying to fit...
